Athlete of the Month - Jan 2002

NAME: Deborah Lynn Sizemore

Speed and Conditioning Instructor
Age: 33

Deborah has been competing in fitness events for the last 5 years. Fitness was a natural outlet for this former West Virginia athlete who earned her degree in political science from the University of South Florida. While at USF, Debbie was a member of the school's dance team and pre law society. This past June, she was a top 10 finalist in the WTF World Challenge in Las Vegas while winning her age group as well as winning the Universal Nutrition Award for outstanding sportsmanship. This was her 2nd top 10 finish as her first came in 1998. She has also done well in local FAP and NPC shows. Deb's hobbies include kickboxing, dance, obstacle course training and playing with her dog and cat. She enjoys working with athletes and helping to develop strength and speed. One day, she would like to promote a WTF competition in her home state of West Virginia.
